Transition to beginner ballet with Eva Szabo

Thursdays 6-7:30pm

Fridays 6:30-8:00pm *Starting in April 2024

Transition to Beginner Ballet with Eva Szabo is designed for students who have a basic understanding of ballet positions and vocabulary and are looking to transition from the introduction level to the beginner level with their ballet technique. The class will be at a slower pace and more in-depth than our beginner-level Ballet class for those who need extra attention to detail. Great for dancers who want the next step after the introduction level!

Eva Szabo was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. She was accepted into the Hungarian National Ballet Institute in 1970, graduating with honors as part of the genesis of the Gyori Ballet. Retiring from the Gyori Ballet in 1988, she took her teaching diploma and her family to Philadelphia. She is currently teaching ballet at the Rock School for Dance Education and Koresh School of Dance. You can Eva’s profile in the Marquis Who’s Who in America book, 2010.
