Koresh Artist Showcase
Koresh Artist Showcase
Alexis Viator and Eric Bean, Jr in Koresh’s Theater of Public Secrets

The Koresh Artist Showcase is an initiative that was created to give emerging talent in the community a platform to present their work. Each showcase presents work by a diverse group of local choreographers and there is no cost for participants. This gives artists in the community more opportunities for performance and the chance to connect with a wider audience in an intimate setting.

Interested in performing?

Email info@koreshdance.org to request an application. Please note that a work sample is required. The piece submitted should be completed and performance ready. There is an 8-minute maximum time limit. The dimensions of the performance space are approximately 28' x 30'.

Along with performances by local artists, Koresh Dance Company performs at every showcase, giving the audience an up close view of the company and a chance for Roni to experiment with new choreography. It offers the Philadelphia community a chance to discover new artists as well as new styles of dance. Some of our past contributors have included Sammy Reyes, Eric Bean, Jr., Alchemy Dance Company, Crystal Frazier, Project Moshen, Opus 1 Dance, Shannon Murphy, Ballet Fleming, Teresa VanDenend Sorge, Xhale Dance Company, Lin Batsheva Kahn and many more!
